honestly the bikes held up great! the only issue was loose cones in my hub and mark managed to bend his fork when we were dirtjumping at the end

When we started shooting this video I was riding for Martys (a great shop if your in vic) but the drive was a solid 2.5 hour round trip just to get to the shop and back. So when Robin opened Cowichan Cycles in Duncan that made a lot of sense for me. Robin is a super good guy and a great mechanic, plus he offered me a job. Now I am riding for Cowichan Cycles and am super happy with how things are going. Hopefully that clears things up.

Hey Kiddo, I hope your checking your pinkbike daily haha It was recently recommended that the employees at the Ministry of Defence take up yoga to increase their performance and peace of mind. Since then a work out facility has been constructed behind the base. Here you can see Sam Reynolds, the instructor, showing the class one of the more advanced suspended stretches. Strangely enough since these classes many of these employees are quitting their jobs and taking up mountain biking. Explanations for these employee’s reactions and strange new cycling addictions are still under investigation.
